We're proud to support our Boston-area college Thetas! Some of our members serve on the advisory and facility corporation boards for the Zeta Mu/MIT, Eta Chi/Boston University, and Eta Psi/Tufts University Chapters.
We are very proud to support our area undergraduate chapters as members of their Advisory Boards. The Advisory Board serves as a primary support mechanism to the undergraduate chapter and mirrors the officer structure of the collegiate chapter.
We are very thankful to the women who serve on chapter advisory boards. Placement within an Advisory Board position is coordinated by that chapter's Advisory Board Chairman. If you are interested in becoming a chapter advisor for an open position, please email the chapter's Advisory Board Chairman.
Advisory Board Chairman: Aimee Forsythe
Advisory Board Chairman: Zoya Quraishi
Our annual Founders Day celebration is shared with our collegiate sisters, and we are currently in the works of planning more events with these local chapters. Stay tuned!
Don't know a Theta in your personal life? Need a letter for the Kappa Alpha Theta chapter on your campus? Many area alumnae are more than willing to meet with potential new members to discuss recruitment and potentially write a letter of reference. If you would like to meet with a Theta Alumna and request a letter of reference, please email us the following information:
-College or University where you will be participating in Formal Recruitment
-The Date Recruitment Begins on Campus or the Date Letters Must Be Received By
-A Brief Resume/Statement including events you are/were involved with and any additional honors you might have achieved.
In providing this information to us we can aide you in finding an alumna that may have attended your college or university, ensure that a letter of reference is submitted on time, and give the alumna some background on your interests.
