*Due to their establishment this past fall, Eta Psi/Tufts was not eligible to recieve any awards at the 2014 convention, but we are confident that they will recieve top honors in 2016 as well!

In addition to these fabulous awards, our very own Kathy Schweer, Alpha Omnicron/Oklahoma, was elected to the office of Fraternity Vice President on Grand Council! Kathy formerly served as Zeta Xi's Advisory Board Chairman and in several other roles prior to her service on Grand Council. You can read more about the newly elected Grand Council on the Fraternity's Convention Website.

The Convention Body voted on legislative changes that will help to steer the fraternity into the new biennium. These legislative will now become a part of the Fraternity's active Constitution and Bylaws, which can be accessed on the Kappa Alpha Theta Website by logging in with your credentials.

Quotes from Undergraduate Attendees

"Grand Convention certainly is one of those times where you realize how amazing it is to be a part of an international organization such as Theta. Being able to meet talented, ambitious girls from all over North America was an unbelievable experience. It initially surprised me that I became so close to many delegates in such a short amount of time, but it was evident then that our Theta sisterhood really meant something intangible- something that could bring so many girls together and create true friendships in only a few short days, and something that would continue doing so throughout the rest of our lives."
